Job Brief:
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist / Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Thynk AI’s product offerings. You will work directly with new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of our AI-powered solutions into their business operations.

This position requires a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in customer onboarding, SaaS implementations, or AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive customer success, optimize workflows, and refine our onboarding processes.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers.

- Conduct onboarding sessions and training to educate customers on product features and best practices.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to refine implementation strategies and improve the customer experience.

- Monitor customer progress, proactively address challenges, and drive adoption to maximize retention.

- Document onboarding processes, client configurations, and feedback to enhance future implementations.

- Stay up to date on AI trends and automation best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or technology environment.

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to configure and optimize AI-powered solutions.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide customers through complex implementations.

- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, automation tools, and customer success software (experience with HighLevel CRM is a plus).

- Knowledge of AI-powered automation, chatbots, or social media tools is a plus.
