Job Brief:

We are seeking a Director of Affiliate Relations to develop and manage our affiliate program. This role involves recruiting affiliates, building strong relationships, and overseeing the program's growth. As the program expands, there will be opportunities to grow the team.If you're passionate about AI and have a proven track record in helping build and manage successful affiliate programs we'd love to hear from you!

Role Responsibilities:

- Affiliate Program Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive affiliate program to promote Thynk AI's products and services.

- Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring their success and program performance.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of campaigns, including affiliate product launches and promotions.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, analyzing data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align affiliate strategies with broader company goals.

- Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in building and managing affiliate marketing programs, preferably within the technology sector.

- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and emerging trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage, onboard, and motivate partners.

- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in using performance tracking and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in recruiting and managing affiliates is strongly preferred.
