Job Brief:
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will find and close new business deals, work with leads from our marketing efforts and sales affiliates, and grow existing enterprise accounts. This position offers a base salary plus commission based on meeting sales targets. In this role you will be expected to travel on occasion, attend and work trade shows and networking events and prospect for new enterprise accounts.  Your leads may include small, medium and enterprise accounts across the country.  This is a base plus commission position with uncapped earnings and opportunities for rewards trips and accelerated pay above quota.

Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

- Manage and convert warm leads from marketing campaigns and sales affiliates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients to identify growth opportunities.

- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Thynk AI's offerings.

Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the AI, software (SaaS) or technology sector.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.

- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (we use HighLevel CRM).

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of AI products and services is a plus.
